Jess was born and raised on a cattle farm in rural Beatrice, AL. He has lived in rural Monroe County his entire life. As an outdoor enthusiast, he has vast experience when working with cattle land, timberland as well as with recreational property used for hunting and fishing. He worked in the forest product industry for 17 years and then pursued a real estate license and the rest is history. He has combined his love for the outdoors and Monroe County to become a land specialist and grown his real estate business as owner of Martin Realty since 2007. |

Fran Cook
Realtor, Fran Cook, joined the Martin Realty team as a sales agent after a twenty-five year career with the Alabama Department of Human Resources. Fran specializes in everything from unrestricted waterfront lots to gated waterfront subdivisions and waterfront commercial properties... Fran attended school in Monroeville and received a BS degree from Troy University. She is involved in her community by serving on several boards and is an active member of the Wilcox Area Chamber of Commerce. Fran is married to Jimmy Cook and they have three children. She has lived in the Camden area for 30 plus years and enjoys sharing her knowledge of and love for the Black Belt area. |

Steve Dunn
Steve Dunn was born and raised in Conecuh county. He lives and farms in the Lyeffion community. He is married to Melinda Dunn and they have three daughters. They attend Mt Pleasant United Methodist Church where Steve serves as chairman of the board. He also serves on the boards of Alfa, Bank of Evergreen, Sparta Academy, Conecuh County Farmers Federation, and Conecuh County Soil and Water Conservation District. Steve's experience as a farmer, with crops and timber, gives him the capability to promote and sell your property. Marthe Weaver
Marthe is a native of Monroeville and has spent most of her life here. After working as a General Manager of Vanity Fair Golf Club for 15 years, she came out of a four year retirement to get her Alabama Real Estate License. Marthe worked as a Realtor at EXIT Realty Gulf Shores for two and a half years before coming to Martin Realty. While at EXIT, she received broker awards in number of listings, number of transactions and production. She also received EXIT regional awards in Sales and Gross Commission. Marthe is married to Circuit Judge Jack Weaver. She has two daughters: Kelli (Reid) Jones and their two daughters, Lucy and Jordan of Clemson, SC and Katie (Taylor) Price and their son, Andrew and daughter, Cameron of Franklin, TN. The Weavers attend First Baptist Church of Monroeville where they sing in the choir. Marthe is on the YMCA Board, is a member of Beta Sigma Phi and is active in the Monroe County Troy Alumni Association. Marthe has served on the Monroe County Health Foundation Board and Coastal Alabama Community College Foundation Board. Marthe loves the process of helping buyers and sellers navigate through the process that is most likely one of the largest financial transactions they will ever make. She is excited to be working in Monroe County. She is also available to make referrals for anyone wanting to buy or sell beach property in Baldwin County. |
