Steve Dunn was born and raised in Conecuh county. He lives and farms in the Lyeffion community. He is married to Melinda Dunn and they have three daughters. They attend Mt Pleasant United Methodist Church where Steve serves as chairman of the board. He also serves on the boards of Alfa, Bank of Evergreen, Sparta Academy, Conecuh County Farmers Federation, and Conecuh County Soil and Water Conservation District.
